台灣四面環海，有著海洋國家的稱號，真是很幸福。我們應該加強海洋教育，帶領更多人投入環境保護，減少人為無知破壞，讓海洋與生活常識連結，才能永續共享這美好的資源。敬天、惜地、愛人，以海洋人文與大自然思維。海養天、天養地、地養萬物，讓我們一起尊重自然 與萬物共存且永續經營發展。

LISA ＷＵ Director’s Statement:
Taiwan is surrounded by the ocean. We’re indeed a “nation of ocean”. What a blessing! In order to share the beautiful resources forever, we should promote the marine education, reduce the human damages, and link the ocean to our daily lives, worshipping gods, protecting lands and loving people with a marine cultural thinking. The ocean nourishes the sky. The sky nourishes the land. And the land nourishes the whole creation. Let us respect Nature, coexist with all living things, and plan for a sustainable future.
Graduated from Mechanical Engineering Department of National Taipei Institute of Technology and Department of Life Science and Humanities of National Open University
